Why is the last chapter of a book so hard to write?  Most of the rest of the manuscript came together in just about two weeks total, but finishing this thing is like pulling teeth from a chicken.  I just can’t get those last few hundred words to roll off the keyboard.

Has it really been over a month since I last posted here? With all that’s been going on, is doesn’t feel like it.  Then again, date stamps don’t lie, do they?  It really has been over thirty days.  What in the world could possibly keep me from updating for so long?
