I don't tend to focus so much on keywords because the types of blogs I read most often aren't "content" blogs like your food blog which contains info people are actively looking for. But no matter what the blog is theoretically about (food, tech, or "just" your life), chances are you post something here and there that could be more widely read if you thought through the title.
