Mood : numb  Music : Santana

Sorry about the lack of input here over the past week or so.  We’ve received bad news on the family front and my attention is focused there at the moment.

I’ll get back on a regular schedule here just as soon as things are put in order.  I’ll let everyone know exactly what the drama was when it’s concluded as well.

If you write science fiction, or are just a fan of the genre, you’ll appreciate The Grand List of Overused Science Fiction Clichés, hosted at John’s Freeloading Home Page.  John Has a pretty exhaustive list of commonly used Sci-fi clichés from multimple sources, including the venerable-but-flawed Star Trek series.

If you write science fiction and want a quick reference as to what you should avoid, or if you’re a fan and would just like a good chuckle, check it out.

Things have been quiet around here for far too long. The reason is that we’re in the process of moving, and all my time has been divided between that, work and the kidling. Please let me assure you that this is not a permanent silence, as we should be done moving everything by the end of this coming week, and I’ll have my computer back in my possession by tomorrow. (Thankfully!)

Until then, I suggest checking out the following wonderful resource: The Paperback Writer.
